Lock7 Development teamed up with Landmark Construction and Development to deliver The Commodore, a well-appointed 27 unit multifamily project on Georgia Avenue in Washington DC.

The design team at Lock7 tapped Asurface to introduce ceramic wall tile, porcelain floor tile, and Rigid Clic LVT.

Asurface provided large format tile in the common areas from ITT Ceramics, RAKO floor and wall tile in the units and A|LVT Loft Collection Rigid Clic Luxury Vinyl Tile in the units.
